THE LOCATION

Villa Néa gi is located in the village of Pogonia, where you will find several taverns and cafes, a mini-market and a bakery. The landscape is characterised by the different shades of green of the ancient olive trees and vineyards that extend to the beautiful long quiet sandy beaches. Furthermore, all water sports facilities can be found on the over 3.5 kilometres long sandy beach, which is a short walking distance (600 m) from the villa. Here, you can go swimming, fishing, sailing, scuba diving, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding and water skiing. Besides sailing, the sheltered Ionian Sea is also very popular as a diving destination, but the crystal clear waters mean you don't have to dive deep to discover the unique beauty of these waters.

A Stone’s throw

Just 4 km from Pogonia, Paleros is the largest seaside resort in the region. In addition to the two marinas with all facilities for sailing boats and yachts, you will find the trendy beach bar/restaurant Paleros Yacht Club, medical facilities, ATMs, large supermarkets and many taverns, bars and cafes. There is also a car, bicycle and boat rental, a diving school and a camping site. The Ionian Sea area, where the villa is located, is a wonderful sailing area to combine a sailing holiday with a consecutive or combined stay in the villa.
